Attention and focus
If sitting down to homework turns into a battle every evening. If your mind wanders five minutes into class.

Behavioural work, parent guidance and cooperation with school for children and teens who struggle to sustain attention or to start and finish tasks. Not a diagnosis; referral to psychiatry if needed.
Attention difficulties show up everywhere in a child’s day: homework time, getting ready in the morning, games with friends. Here my aim is to find concrete adjustments that make daily life easier for the child and the family.
Diagnoses such as ADHD are made by a child and adolescent psychiatrist. When I think it necessary after my assessment, I refer you to psychiatry and continue psychological support alongside diagnosis and treatment.
